Refund Policy

We strive to provide you with quality products and services. If for any reason, you are unsatisfied with your membership, you may request a refund for your current month's fees. Please submit a trouble ticket using the support link, and include a copy of your most recent receipt to help us serve you better. Refunds will be issued directly to the account which originally purchased the membership within ten business days of receipt of the product. No refunds will be provided by mail, or for expired memberships.
